I suffer from analysis paralysis, which is bad, but in the meantime, I have way too much knowledge running through my head.One of the things I have learned is that over 90% of the problems with tenants can be traced back to the landlord not doing his due diligence before renting out the property.

The one ho did not suffered for it.

@Al Wilson- I am mostly concerned with whether or not any one want to go to the beach in the winter months or if you just suffer for 6 months out of the year and your summer months carry the mortgage.

My brother suffers from depression, anxiety and has ulcerative colitis so due to things snowballing health wise he needed to move back with our parents.

These areas suffer from generational and chronic issues that are not easily if ever solved especially by guys like us.

The cooper piping had been extracted from every place imaginable and it suffered from a stench of mold so strong that it greeted your nose intimately as soon as the front door was opened. 

On another note if his company suffers dramatically you know its going to be all over the news and social media and that wont be good for others in the industry either.  

Bitcoin will suffer a similar fate.  

We keep passing more and more laws to protect scofflaws, bad actors, and lazy people who don’t like to be “burdened” by rent so they can buy huge TVs, and people keep fleeing our cities and our neighborhoods are suffering from massive disinvestment!

I brought not enough as capital and suffering the consequences.
