The more in-depth report helps me understand the long term patterns and better evaluate the risk instead of outright rejection because of specific "Score" requirement.A background check report indicating "NO EVICTION FOUND"  does not guarantee a responsible tenant either. 

Which I got email from TurboTenant ask for my decision .I like to reject because 1) that person haven’t even see the apartment 2) is his mon who apply for him.

The issue with modular homes is if you ever want to refinance with a private/commercial lending company, you'll be rejected.

They often have a policy of immediately rejecting all claims, knowing that a large percentage of clients will never push back.

@Brandon Morgan-stay local-house hack-don't be afraid to get rejected. 

But, somehow, the tenant didn’t apply or got rejected.

My offer was rejected at 275k so this would be assuming I re-offered at 300k.

Hey, @Dane Peterson we got rejected... not sure why, but our branch manager told us to reapply, but with Potential future signed leases.

Having never done this before (gathered leads and done warm calling and follow ups), I dont know what to expect and/or how to process these leads and my results so far have been less than stellar.. heres a breakdown.10 leads in FEB (im only including the last month because we made changes to the campaign and its working better)2 out of area of interest2 wont pick up phone or email1 didnt mean to fill out form1 rejected offer (said they would accept and then backed out and wouldnt give a reason)2 wants top dollar2 are being very sketchy (I will call you later, im busy, ect.)Is this typical?
