Is required Electrical at the outdoor and indoor installation points; (is it up to required code)?

Retail is moving in an "experience based" direction meaning that the old widget store you used to go to will move online and be replaced with a concept that is experience based - whether that be the dentist or indoor skydiving.

Funny how we no longer see and hear from the people who were making $5000-$6000-$10000 a month of one STR.There is also a huge thread to read that had its supporters and detractors about how some makers are falling apart.   

Between working as a real estate agent and my own investments (mix of rentals and flips), my overall goal is to make real estate my sole focus professionally within 2 years.

That's maybe not an end all be all of decision makers, but maybe that helps you filter some.   

In the mid 2000's they constructed a indoor pool and jacuzzi, a very nice amenity for residents but they increased the cost of the HOA for 3 years to pay for it.   

It’s not a big money maker.

During the next 12 months, I want to :expand my REI knowledge, meet and discuss with  local and online real estate deal makers, create my real estate team(RE agent, property manager, accountant, attorney)get my real estate license( I am not sure if I should start the process of getting my license now or hire a real estate agent for my first deal or do both)  get my personal finance in order set up a business planWhat to do you guys think about this plan?

The high rise buildings in MB and NBM have high HOAs over $1000 but they usually have indoor pools and slides for the kids.
