Sounds like you're at a place where a software would save you time. 

Your tax software (or, better, your CPA) should help you with this process, which usually starts from the rental property worksheet, not directly 6252. 

Hire a cold caller and get a software that makes a lot of dials.

I was overwhelmed with managing my rental and making sure I had everything in one spot so I decided to search for a property management software.

I know with my clients that are worth 50 million, 100 million net worth individuals they want that personal service when they are investing millions of dollars they want to talk to someone not deal with a computer.With a house if software is off by a few k it's not as big of an impact but with commercial you could be talking hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to lose.

Recently I have been seeing a lot of traction on Real Estate software (REI Robot, deal finders etc.).

Repairs fees charged are way higher than I can get by making a couple of phone calls to a local company and by directly hiring a handlyman additional savings can be acheived.Great software is available to streamline management processes (we like Buildium)If I wanted a property manager, it would be way more cost efficient to buy enough properties to hire a w-2 property manager.I like managing my properties.

But, all three companies would like to know what INVESTORS would like updated, or a new feature that would be nice to have on their software that they can build while they're  integrating with Stessa.
