Gabriel Rascon VA as a launch pad, anyone?

I purchased and refinanced a townhome under VA loan. I didn’t have enough benefit balance(loan limits) to buy another SFR but benefit amount goes up if purchasing a multi-fam. Anyone ever try this?

I've seen it happen on other sites as well, and I can't help but feel that people like this are actually just employees of Lifestyles looking to pad their positive reviews.I'd be more understanding if you (generally speaking) were just upfront and said, "Hey, I work for Lifestyles and love it.

@Dallas KiddI installed floating vinyl tile over padding, not realizing the flooring should not go over padding. sadly, did not realize until after I put it in 4 houses. as of now, only 1 house needs replaced, but I am sure others to follow.
