I purchased and refinanced a townhome under VA loan. I didn’t have enough benefit balance(loan limits) to buy another SFR but benefit amount goes up if purchasing a multi-fam. Anyone ever try this?

I need to pad my backside and take a step out onto the path.

We had a showing with a potential tenant this week, who offered to install a rear door, small concrete pad, dense sections to keep his dog in, and an outdoor light fixture.

I do have a few more questions on the rental process now that I just posted the property for rent last night on zillow, postlets, hot pads, etc.1- What is considered tenant screening vs discrimination?

In the mean time ive just been stocking up on legal note pads and tearing the sheets out, but If I could buy them already loose leaf that would be my preference.

Houston was the first market I was looking into and came close to buying a condo in the Alief area but put the brakes on right when Harvey hit. 

I've seen it happen on other sites as well, and I can't help but feel that people like this are actually just employees of Lifestyles looking to pad their positive reviews.I'd be more understanding if you (generally speaking) were just upfront and said, "Hey, I work for Lifestyles and love it.

Might as well pay down your mortgage vs padding someones pockets.

@Dallas KiddI installed floating vinyl tile over padding, not realizing the flooring should not go over padding. sadly, did not realize until after I put it in 4 houses. as of now, only 1 house needs replaced, but I am sure others to follow.

I'm in the process of buying a mobile home court with 22 pads.
