Any areas around DFW airport?

The exception there may be a path of progress play in downtown Lancaster (near the metro station & Lancaster blvd) ... that metro goes straight into LA and they've redeveloped downtown to where it is nice, but still some transitional stuff adjacent that may turn around (or not).
