LOL - I think it's more likely that someone was jumping on the roof (there is no attic in this area), or a limb fell on it when the neighbor was trimming the trees. 

Replace all wood trim with PVC trim. 

Often a house only has minor amounts of lead paint, mainly on trim.

The shore should straighten up things, but there will still be lots of cracks in the drywall, trim my come off the frames, etc, but its minor generally.I had assumed that this houses was a slab foundation.  

Probably when they are done building, they'll have more talent in Dallas vs NYC or London.Also as far as moves go, while there are a lot of people moving, I also think it is a ploy to trim staff sometimes.
