I lean towards the property is worth less than the value you attributed (even though that may have been the market high value).The reality is I am not finding properties that meet my buying criteria because I like to leverage my properties.

So you have to know how to stand out as a host and not rely on price alone... how do you do that?

The major ones tend to stand out in the news but outside off that they rarely hinder development opportunities.

From there, use the Enemy method to do a deep dive on amenities/photos/descriptions and see how you can stand out from the competition.

I can attribute this to a little luck but mostly the importance of finding the right tenants that respect you and the property.
