I was very encouraged to see them stick to a "conservative" path and try to do the "Stack" that @Brandon Turner talks about: 1 house, then 2, then 4, then 8, and then 16.Because of their patience, clear vision for what they wanted to accomplish, and the way they honor the people they work with they are about 12 months in and sitting on 6 instead of 1.
