Also, why doesn't the  @name highlight work on my cell ?

Once again highlighting that it's important to know your market and understand that what works in CA or OK might not work in KY or DC, big city vs small town, etc.

More advanced points/awards system a la fatwallet ,although their program is a bit extreme.I also like the idea of highlighting pro messages,either with a small icon,or in a separate forum.Mobile access!

I did a couple of small batches previous - 300 or so at a time and know what to expect at that level so if I can get that kind of response every few days I should be ok.....I hope......and on an unrelated note.....will someone PLEASE tell me how you highlight and tag a person's name in posts on here? 

Thanks BiggerPockets for providing the guidance to understand that it is a six month commitment instead of a quick overnight sensation. 

Unfortunately many enter this business expecting to be an overnight sensation and think they are going to be able to "fire" their boss by the end of the month.

I also think it weed out the YouTube, overnight sensations, and everybody else simply from a discouragement stand point of showing that is by no means as easy at it looks.
