They may have a restriction on gambling to, but I just found that humorous reading the language they chose to include. lol.As long as it is just notifying the lender, I don't see a problem with it.

I rather be in control over my money than having someone else gamble with it.

In the end I can only guess and a bit gamble on expenses that eat the rents away  AND then buy accordingly.

I then however found out they fraudulently had orders to deploy which were hand written to get out of the lease.

Outside of that, I convinced her it's taking a gamble on me overall, but that my track record professionally and personally justifies it.

I think it's a good place to get a bit of cash flow and appreciation without making a huge gamble like a lot of the folks 30 miles north are doing! 

This is a gamble though, because you are not sure how long she will be alive for, and you cannot foresee future market conditions.
