Eden Prairie and the SW metro is definitely more upscale than the SE metro.

I would second the Waldo vote and the S/SE portions of Raytown.  

I've been using l e a s e runner.com/ for seven years or so.

At under $100k in SE or SW FL you are looking at condos only.....most will prohibit STR’s.

@David McCauley hi David, welcome to BP.Most people start without LLCs and then transfer them to the LLC after they ‘have something worth protecting’- per se.

okay, you've got 5 homes (inventory) and 5 tenants (customers).now sell your "business"...you can't sell it, because there is no business, per se.

@Ludwig DiazI wouldn't say "top notch" per se.

They are a bunch of seasoned and newbie investors who get together monthly all over SE PA and discuss real estate.
