Anyone in New York know how and where I can get this, I know where for Orange County but I’d like to know where for queens, longisland and Brooklyn .

For perspective, I'm a recent college graduate who currently lives in the Queens, NY area and I've been searching for homes in Connecticut and PA but have not any luck with affordability(100k or below).

@Elizabeth Mae In your loan scenario its worth to cash out after 1 year because of lot of equity unless you don't want to use for another property. 

I actually happen to find his business card one day in a buddy’s house who had work done also.I have 2 properties in Howard Beach, Queens and 1 in the Bronx as well as Westchester County.

@Elizabeth RoncevicYou are not going to be comfortable and confident when you make your first deal, no matter what.

That said, there are possibilities in the north (west of Pitt) and south west (west of Carmarthen and no further south than Queens Square) of Uptown.

There's plenty of MF housing stock in southern Bergen county (Garfield, Wallington, East Rutherford, Lyndhurst, North Arlington, Kearny), Essex (Newark, Harrison, East Orange, Bloomfield), Passaic (Clifton, Passaic, Patterson), Hudson (Harrison, Union City, parts of JC) and Union (Elizabeth). 

Was looking to rent in a 2 bedroom apartment, living room and kitchen are decent sizes but the bedroom can barely fit in a queen bed like it would take up the whole wall.

Thanks @Elizabeth Wilson, Its a love hate relationship, haha, i do love it here though. my only concern about this site is that probably all the rules and regulations  and stuff like taxes etc are going to be quite different from here, and will be harder for me to ask questions, but there's only one way to find out.
