It is the only art of RE I am interested in as my niche and there are several other niches with in VR.  

Being #1 on Google for any number of terms is meaningless if you don't meet the goals.That said, by blogging (not arbitrarily - but with a goal and purpose), you can attract an audience, you can build your network, you can grow your site rankings, and ultimately, if done correctly, you can acquire leads.There is an art to it.

At the very end, some of it is art and the good luck to be a good guesser.

I like what Eisenhower said: "Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.

It is an art.

Art is always a good choice becuase it is difficult to place an actual market value on.

Real estate is an art as much as it is a science, there are rules and laws to be complied with, however the art of switching from one strategy or implementing several strategies at the same time and thinking outside the box, while in compliance, is very much an art.
