Good afternoon, I am an investor/agent specializing in the Western MA real estate market.

It's not a rule, it's a guideline, and it doesn't work for anywhere in western WA. 

I work the near western suburbs in Chicago, but my brokerage has other investor friendly agents who cover the whole area.

Australia and Western Europe (most of it) have a solid legal system so you should face less hassles but once you run the #s you might realize (purely from an investment point-of-view) that investing in those jurisdictions might not be worth the time and hassle.

Same goes for western union.Legitimate lenders, sellers, wholesalers, etc use title companies or closing attorneys.

I’m out in western Chester County myself.

My MN properties are western Minneapolis suburbs.

@Victoria King my primary focus is working with investors in the Chicago western suburbs, and I don't take offense if they find something with a different agent.  

In CA or western states under Spanish law a Title Insurance is mandatory.
