The stars aligned on a listing appointment.

I have been lucky enough to have assembled a "rock star" team, and have needed all of them to keep the deal on the rails.

I offer all the amenities my customers want and don't ask them to do anything but leave a 5 star review when they leave.

The only thing that would make it fancier is a III at the end...hmm, wonder if his dad was ever stranded on a dessert island with his mom, the Skipper, A movie star, a professor Maryann and Gilligan?

I moved out after my 1 year and it has been performing like a rock star ever since.So, you are right that FHA is not the super-fast, close-in-3-days, cash-in-your-face kind of offer that people are doing, but some sellers don't care about speed, they want a better price.

I recommend keeping a star agent/broker on your team to free you up to pursue strategy/marketing/financing, etc.

And that is if the stars align. 

I would like to say though it is through a bunch of knowledge I gained through this site and podcasts my wife and I now own two rentals, averaging one a year sine 2016, and when I return home I am going to shoot for the stars and give commercial real estate a shot.I am actually writing this post to ask the opinions of this community of the news I just read.
