Technological Advancements: How is technology changing the game, and how can we leverage it to our advantage?

With technology these days don't feel like you are cornered to having an accountant that is located close to you.

It might be in areas such as technology, research, or even social media.

The economy is extremely stable with diverse industries like finance, technology, and manufacturing and Unitrd Airlines and McDonalds.  

Because of rising seas and nitrogen from septic causing algae blooms, county regulations in Florida regarding septic are becoming more restrictive and expensive, requiring more technologically sophisticated systems.

It's a toss up on what's better with today's technology right now.

Planswift is a dead platform from a technology standpoint, and it didn't make sense to continue to develop it.So far, Square has a few issues and I have to do some work-arounds to get past some interface and data management issues, but I would not go back to Planswift.

We have clients all over the U.S. and technology allows us to service clients those clients just as well as a local client.

How do you envision the integration of AI and emerging technologies transforming the real estate industry in the next 5 years, and what opportunities do these changes present for realtors and investors?

While many recognize me for my proficiency in technology and my knack for sales, my true calling lies in the realm of real estate.
