All, I just stumble across this and have been looking to meet up with other investors in the Greenville area.

I stumbled upon a property manager who I trusted and hired him.

the buying of under valued assets and then flipping them is HIGHLY regional.. there are still parts of the country were there are thousands of vacant homes.. so what your thinking of can work there. but its hard work and it cost a lot of money to make money at it.. you need to market and market cost money.can you stumble into deals yup.. but your not going to just pop on a website and put a property under contract then resell it.. that wont happen.. 

I stumbled on BP about 4 months ago and i've been listening to the podcast nonstop!

One more thing worth noting (or not, you decide I guess):@David Clinton III made a good point, which is a stumbling block for some people when getting into turnkey - the difference between what I call 'Capital T Turnkey' and 'lower-case t turnkey'. 

If anyone else has any experience on these investment refi's, I would love to get some more feedback or referrals to anyone that has done some higher LTV refinances.Jason, I stumbled upon your post sorry its a little late.

However, after stumbling unto this site I've been second guessing my mortgage free desire and plan.

Last year (2017), I randomly stumbled across bigger pockets and a lot of the questions that were causing me to postpone investing in real estate were presented to me.

I stumbled through my first 10 years through (a lot of) trial and error.
