seems these days new guests and guests that have been with the platform are the same. unless you have a guest with over 5 star reviews it basically means noting to us as we have been burned by "5 star" guests and newbies alike.run with the new guest especially at first start up and you can be more selective at any time, get the bookings and go from there

More of a public service announcement of sorts, but I wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts about this- I just read a story in the Star Tribune about the settlement of a class-action lawsuit involving tenants claiming a violation of fair housing laws when a developer bought an apartment building in Richfield and gentrified the property.http://www.startribune.com/former-richfield-apartm...Does anyone have any insight into the case?

I can rent a house on the first on the month, immediately after accepting the applicant if the stars align, and most importantly will have the deposit and the first month's rent in hand as I hand over keys.Section 8 is rife with bureaucracy...accepting the tenant is the beginning of about a minimum 30 day process.

HOWEVER.. if brick, or rear of house fascade is completely ripping off then you need star bolts along the back (and maybe sides) to pull it back onto the house.

So let's say all the stars are aligned and a property that I've researched ahead of time has a starting bid amount that's in my price range but then I want to have a look at the actual case before bidding so I run over to the Recorder's office to review (opens at 8:30AM) the full documentation (since I already know that the electronic search is incomplete) and then run over to the Sheriff's office for the auction which happens to start at 9AM.

Second after you get your first rock star deal put a flyer together and go to all of the property auctions in your area and pass out the flyer and your cards.
