Can't see why any Realtor or buyer (who has not worked in a title plant) could ever believe that thier input would be necessary, especially when they aren't insuring title. :)

I also am self employed in agriculture I own a seed processing plant and I farm in central Washington and do research work in Arizona during the winter so I have a full time job.

There is an important development of the Government nearby that will generate a good amount of employment, I am pretty confident the gross concept would no vary much from the first sketch I mentioned before, we'll see.I know hoy slow things are down here, my firm has developed several hydro power plants, which require all the permits you can imagine.

This can be tricky because it takes time to get the title from the plant, so you need about a week.

I have been looking at Evansville at a very high level.Here is what I am observing in the data:1) Evansville has low volatility in housing prices, some sections still under 2008 highs.2) There was a recent downturn starting around in Jan 20163) Some new business moving to the area, Hyatt Hotel and the Tropicana plant is opening in 2017 and a few other smaller revitalization items.4) WTF?

On the east side of town is a refinery and fertilizer plant. 99% of my tenants are traveling refinery contractors.
