If you want cash flow then look to a market with good demographic trends (hint: ANC is losing population, the opposite trend that you seek).  

Louis is a very diverse city in terms of demographics, types of investment property, and return on investments.

One way to verify if a property is in a Class B or Class C neighborhood is to use online tools such as Areavibes.com or Google Maps to get a sense of the neighborhood's demographics, crime rate, and other factors that can affect the value of the property.

That's a good thing for hosts as you're reaching a broader demographic.

Demographically the smaller urban units attract younger guests whereas the larger coastal properties attract multi generational families.
