Somehow, the neighbor (a 90-year-old woman) managed to find out where I live and sent me a letter directly to my home address.

This place will be cute,clean, and beautiful.I would like to know what some of the problems are that section 8 landlords have had to fix before being approved, as some seem a little strange and easy to miss [such as a drip pan under the stove.

My favorite was the young woman flushing kitty litter down the toilet only to clog the sewer in the basement. $2000 to dig up & replace the old pipes just to remove the cement like sludge.

@Josiah Cooper does not have this option, because he is married to a completely different woman. :)  Actually, it's not about your wives but about your states.

Then this got weirder..title and escrow had asked some key questions about the title being under a woman and having it transferred to a man because of a recent sex change operation Mr.
