This home is in Texas, and the ex- is not very cooperative.

It wasn't an expensive repair, but I did have to tear the whole ceiling out to fix the 2" leak in the cooper and then put in a new ceiling.

IF (Stress) there is a divorce decree in place specifying who gets what and when and why, THEN, there may be the option of proceeding with a sale without the cooperation from the ex spouse.

So far, all of the policies have been written through Wayne Cooperative.  

The laundry room is in my building, his doesn't have any laundry facilities.He contacted the coin laundry company asking to break the contract due to property sale and taking off rental market, they didn't cooperate.

For example I never heard the term Sign back.Basically here if an agent didn't' co-operate and help me purchase the property I would speak to his or her broker and quote to the the statement that "they would invest their time If..."
