My goal is geared towards long-term wealth and eventually reaching a point where I don't have to work as hard because I'll have passive income to offset some of the income I will lose when I "take my foot off the gas". 

I feel they  use  Hard sales tactics geared towards new investors who feel everything they pitch is a deal .

After taking Brandon's 90 day challenge I kicked it into gear and set up my LLC and I'm ready to put down 20-25% on these properties.

Now I'm gearing up to do some more mailings in a new town.

We do have a monthly meet up in Rocky Hill geared to Central CT investors.  

I guess he could've bought a ticket and propped the door open before getting into his gear.
