I am going crazy trying to pick the best one.Actually right now I am scouring the HUGE internet to locate a good & solid Website, CRM, Dialer, and a source to get #'s for Expired's, Cancelled's, and FSBO, without paying crazy amounts of money.As far as Dialers, i have heard a lot of good words on MOJO (Triple Dialer).

While these examples are definitely applicable I'd propose they're extreme cases and hyperinflation can easily be defined as what the US experienced in the 1970's when consumer prices doubled and tripled in the span of just a few years.

same place though NO ONE who is just about to lose their house will be in a position to sell it to you for zero or next to nothing down.. by the time the bank post the foreclosure the least I have seen just to bring it current is 7 to 10k  with many times it being double triple or more.. so you need those funds at least.If you don't have those funds liquid and know how to do this.. you need to educate your self.. what I would do is go to the courthouse if your in Birmingham area you will see many folks.. the ones that actually bid are the real players there is always 80% of the audience is like you .. just trying to learn... go introduce yourself and see if you can bird dog for them to get the knowledge.I fund courthouse step buyers in Birmingham we buy 3 to 5 a month in that market.. some months nothing but pretty consistent.
