Hi Michael,The Zillow street view looks rough.Some things to think about:[1] Lack of off street parking (possibly add parking on garbage can side).[2] No real storage space (possibly add locked storage sheds for each unit on grassed over driveway side.[3] Non matching front doors, possibly match front doors, and not paint them blue red, black or pink--aka gang colors.[4] Possibly add black shutters to front windows.[5] Your insurance is ok with 3 steps with no handrails (???)

You could insulate a tin shed and someone would buy it, especially with winter coming.In my mind, there's lots of opportunity for people who can build something, have all their money back in a year or two, and have to replace the structure in 5 - 7 years because it's completely destroyed.

mhmm you could just get some sheds from home depot and decorate them and make a little shed and breakfast lol.... but they do seem like a cool way to house hack a SFR with a nice sized back yard withouth living in an RV :)

Sold Comps in area (past 6 months)- Comp #1: 149.9k - 3/2, 1.434 SF, 1958 build, 1 car port, nice finishes (stainless appliances, granite in kitchen & 1 bathroom, tasteful tiled bathrooms)- Comp #2: 130.0 k - 3/2, 1,181SF, 1958 build, 1 car garage, nice finishes (stainless appliances, granite in kitchen & 1 bathroom, not a tasteful kitchen - color clash), few houses away from a major thorough fare in Orlando - Comp #3: 141k - 3/2, 1,081SF, 1978 build, 2 car garage, okay finishes (laminate countertops, not new appliances)Rehab Proposal- repaint interior and exterior- install dishwasher, microwave- new windows (12)- granite countertops - 2 bathrooms & kitchen- landscaping - small bushes out front for curb appeal, mow grass- put garage door back in to make one car garage - currently a shed with a lawnmower in it.- new toilets and vanities- install island- light fixtures (5)I used J.
