IE doctors and nurses renting low end D and C class.... just happy to be there.. easier to manage than A class .. that's all just Horse S@@@@it  

I have gotten mine directly from the horse' mouth in the last few weeks.

First walk-through needed 2 masks to not upchuck. 9 dogs locked inside, goats and sheep locked on the porch, horse barn had NEVER been cleaned out, exotic birds of prey in the garage.Why oh why do we do this?

He will get people places faster than a horse and buggy, require less maintenance that a horse and buggy and will actually be cheaper than a horse and buggy.

Some guys can figure out how to do one or two good deals and some guys and gals were just born to horse trade. 

I am new but have been fairly active since joining, in my opinion at least, yet I am still stalled at 50, the same number for someone who signs up today.

I do a lot with; vacant, abandoned, distressed, tax sale, and / or stalled rehab properties.

I know the sales pitch is that real estate is "passive income" and it's a load of horse crap - unless you're sitting on a pile of cash and need some place to put it.

I have found most people agree to the cash for keys but don’t move out as a stalling tactic.
