but for fun the airport at Hoquiam is one of my favorites for the 100 dollar Hamburger  fly up the Columbia over Astoria bridge hook a right fly up long beach and do the approach out over the Pacific and land to the east.. 

This area is poised to explode in the next 2-3 years given its close proximity to the airport and GigaTexas.

I downloaded the book 1 from amazon ($23 print and $9.99 for kindle)I'm about halfway through and have enough information to begin commenting.I think I take the place on BP as one of the larger low-end investors...I own in Toledo and buy in two adjacent neighborhoods...$30k and $20k areas...I buy 3/1 houses for less than $10k and put a pretty significant renovation into them so I'm $15-$20k total by the time I rent...and I have nine sect 8 houses now, three for rent (rental market is a bit slow in Toledo with record cold and snow) and two more in process of renovation)...I've been sect 8 investing for four years now.The author is a certified cheap a**.

If families can jump in the car instead of head to the airport, they've probably saved several $ thousand on their vacation.  

It sounds like in your area, it is definitely a little too early to take advantage of those items.Joel – the subdivisions that I'm currently looking at our dirt only adjacent to a very successful first phase or first and second phases.

They were legit deals though, which I am not sure can be said for most of the "deals" I get in my inbox.Homevestors runs a "Deal Makers" session the first Monday of every month at the Cambria Suites near the airport.

McKinney airport looking to add commercial service. 

The schools and quality of life are the biggest draw here as is the proximity to DFW airport, for those who travel for work.  

That’s a question for your local government but I’d be surprised if they said yes.Can you move a wall to reclaim some space from any adjacent rooms to get you more space to work with?

I am located in Charlotte, NC and own a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome less than a mile away from Charlotte Douglas Airport in an HOA community.
