I sent an email to reirail support to ask for a Free trial to try it out and got a message back: "If interested in seeing exactly what the system can do, request for a demo schedule yourself click on this link.....". 

I'm currently preparing to demo the existing home on the lot which I purchased back in 2020.

My big question is that even if I just wanted to demo and wholesale it, how sellable is a previously burned house?

By the time you acquire the properties, demo the land and get permits approved it will be a multi-year process and probably not for a beginner.

This is for all the responders, not the poster.We've used Propertyware, Buildium and have had extensive demos of Appfolio, Rent Manager and just recently RentVine.While RentVine is very user friendly and more customizable than Buildium or Appfolio, it is not as customizable as Propertyware and lacks several features Propertyware has.80+% of PMCs will never come close to maximizing their use of any PM software.So, determining which one is best for you, often boils down to how you run your PMC business.

Now, I have given many other softwares a shot and sat through demos of each. 

He's been the GC on my latest BRRRR and has been getting frustrated with the electrician and demo crew he's been using for a while.

That demo cost should come off the price of the lot.
