Hey, @Dane Peterson we got rejected... not sure why, but our branch manager told us to reapply, but with Potential future signed leases.

Having never done this before (gathered leads and done warm calling and follow ups), I dont know what to expect and/or how to process these leads and my results so far have been less than stellar.. heres a breakdown.10 leads in FEB (im only including the last month because we made changes to the campaign and its working better)2 out of area of interest2 wont pick up phone or email1 didnt mean to fill out form1 rejected offer (said they would accept and then backed out and wouldnt give a reason)2 wants top dollar2 are being very sketchy (I will call you later, im busy, ect.)Is this typical?

For some reason RentRedi rejected their credit card transaction.

The concept that they can even analyze a scope of work, much less price it out is laughable.It's beyond frustrating.The best wholesale deals I have seen come from people who are flippers or investors who come across a property that they considered for their own portfolio and have rejected for whatever reason. 

Three options, show him the licence as you have requested to see his licence, show or provide a copy of the deed for the property or reject his application.If you provide him a copy of your licence simply redact the identifying licence number.

When I purchased a multifamily property in Worcester,  I looked at and rejected many properties. 

That may be your only mechanism to do affordability check and reject applicants if their voucher amount does not pay the rent amount.

We did and it came back rejected.

Just one day before the closing they have notified me that the loan rejected.

If he has buyers, the only advantage they have is knowing it's a done deal before the ink is dry, but if there is some ten day rejection period, that slows down the transaction more than a straight listing.
