Didn’t see a thread for midterm rentals so using the short term thread.I have a portion of land on my Primary residence I will be putting a ADU on for mid term rentals to traveling nurses and college students. 

My daughter-in-law is a travel nurse primarily working in Sacramento area hospitals from Davis to Folsom to Sac to Woodland.

- Our plan is to utilize furnishedfinder.com for our bookings (focuses mainly on travel nurses, traveling HCPs).

I'll be closing on a SFH later this week, where my partner and I plan on renting by the room for medium term rentals (MTR) for travel nurses.

When a nurse is in town on a 3 month contract gig, where are they staying (healthcare is a big employer in my area)? 

I've heard that hospitals are starting to cut back on traveling nurse programs so there may start to be less demand for MTRs.

That was completed mid- 2022 and is now consistently rented out to traveling nurses at the 200 acre Med center located 1 block away.

Is there money after paying nursing and administration under the assisted living state incense?

We have both furnished and rent them to traveling nurses and remote workers.
