I think there are a lot of people that will still want to live in cities, but may start to opt for lower cost and slightly less dense ones.I'm not sure it will be a high enough percent to really harm the larger cities, but it should be enough to actually help out some of the lower cost cities and suburbs.

Sounds like you're nearly 50% above market norms here - there's no harm in aiming high and charging for your value but know that the rate will be a major factor in most investors decisions.

When members of that society exceeds those limits and harms that society, they come up against some of the institutions that work to bring them back to within those limits or expel them completely.I don't agree with all the precepts and treatments of the Alcoholics Anonymous program, but there is a psychological concept of "rock bottom" in the program that I do think has a lot of value.

I've seen other advertisements fishing for "Premises Liability" suits - after violations are issued to a property they reach out to the tenants to see if they have been harmed by the supposedly "dangerous" living conditions.BUT - that's no reason to spend thousands "protecting" yourself in my opinion.
