Small but cute yard.  

I encountered a woman recently who had hired Lowe's to install a new deck and she found the whole experience very frustrating.

Other than cute kid and animal pics, it's such a time waste for me

I had an nosy older woman who lived behind my house at one point and called animal control  on me because she didn't like my White German Sheppard.

This woman is so shady I wouldn't be surprised if she's only pretending to be part of the legitimate, national brokerage, but I'm surprised why they haven't called me back.

The woman did not and still acted terrible towards me. 

Someone that got out a year or two ago, after learning the consequences of doing stupid things, might be less likely to need another lesson in consequences - you will be able to substantiate that by looking at what they now do for a living, checking references, etc, to see if it's consistent with "turning my life around, I'm a new wo/man."

So i called the woman up to ask what her concern was and she told me that in the past they only charged her 1 month security deposital she also told me that my wife wanted someone in by the 15th of August and she felt that 1.5x rent , plus paying for Aug and september would be a little much so quickly.So i told her i still wanted the 1.5x rent plus 1 months rent at signing of lease but that they would not need to pay rent again until October 1st. basically giving her the half month of august free, which i would have spent hoping that i would find qualifying tenants anyway.

The other is a 53yr old woman who used to be an interior decorator.

Next door a nice home was sold to a slumlord, he moved in some woman that is on welfare half the year, has kids from four different men and has a lazy out of work bum of a boyfriend.
