I overheard a discussion between the two about a chair.  

As such we don't see the need to start an LLC or incorporate since we're just getting started and seeing if we even like doing this together.Assuming we do want to buy more properties together...- If we buy 4 properties together, then we'll hit our max of 4 easy loans immediately. 

The system I use is multi-tiered and incorporates a response base and tracking.
