What I see in this age is the U tube guru's keep pounding on 50% price drops the civilians believe it and they are just sitting and waiting for that to happen.. we are seeing that attitude out here in Oregon but we have also sold properties for all time highs in the last 90 days and I just sold my 1.5 mil spec and had to take a whopping discount of 50K :) which for a cash buyer like this I probably would have done even in the best of times.
