Horrible thing to happen and it does, I worked at complex , 23 yr old kid shot in the hallway over $400 bucks worth of pot..We gave notice for them to vacate and refunded the deposit, We just plain wanted them out.The element of Crime is and was there, we had a Crime Free / Drug Free addendum you'll never know the full reason of WHY this person was killed.

His success is the result of plain old fashioned financial discipline.

And they mocked Peter then just as they do now & he nailed it.And Jay this stuff is my specialty, even if it is unfortunately just plain & literally depressing!

A lack of self discipline, and just plain being too soft is what makes people fail.

I consider this my daily driver plain Jane utility vehicle when I go to my property in the hood .

They didn't spend time doing cardio and reading because they were plain exhausted from staying alive, not because they were swilling beer and watching All in the Family (yeah, I'm dating myself). 

But rounding up and deporting 10 million, that's plain crazy talk.

Plain and simple.

This is different, plain and simple.
