A more recent goal is to attend 10 conferences / industry events before the end of the year. 

Old capital podcast and conference are a good place to learn.

There are a lot of experienced investors here, and the big conference that we just had a month ago was a great way to see what other investors are doing in different parts of the country. 

Also, the quicker it gets done, the sooner you can make money on it normally.Also...youtube tutorials are great, but if you have ever seen "nailed it" scenarios...I promise, this is not nearly as easy as it looks.I'll be in Orlando for the realtor conference in August, let me know if you want to grab Starbucks and talk rehab.I normally have at least 2 home sites going at any given time.

Looking for a few conferences to attend this year, and was wondering if anyone had booked any of interest and high-quality.

I will be coming to a couple of conferences in Honolulu between January 28th and December 9th and I would love to meet up with any fellow investors or aspiring investors.

Until I see leadership behind an actual bill to stop it, then I will expect it to happen.I guess I will go on record as saying I do not think it is appropriate for people in congress to say they do not want a law enforced uniformly in all states. 

We were promised a lot in that 3 days conference.
