I may not make a profit on borrowed money, my money invested may subsidize the cost as well, but if that deal is the best use of my money and I'm making a profit off my side the equity, I'm still making more than if I hadn't taken that opportunity.

The extras that cost a lot to get from the builder I would suggest pricing out yourself and seeing if it's worth it to pay for them yourself in cash or to be able to finance them into the loan.

If you're running enough volume to make use of it, Buildertrend or Co-Construct are useful tools that won't cost as much as the Sage software solutions.Construction software, unfortunately, is rarely well-made and when it is... well, you pay the price for it.
