You might be legit yourself, at least you have more than one post on here, but it sure looks like somebody is spending a lot of money on virtual assistants creating new BP accounts tonight...

This morning, our Governor made the decision to shut down all bars and nightclubs in Florida effective at 5:00 PM tonight for the next 30 days. 

myself I don't go to night time events.. 

They are collecting multiple offers to choose from and they need to be in by tonight. 

Also, if you can show it the same day they call that is actually best, but no later than 24 hours later,....if they call you at 10am today, let them know you are showing the property tonight at 5pm and ask if that works for them.................Someone calls today at 10am,....and you let them know you can show it 4 days from now is a no, no.

These are obviously the situations that everyone wants to find, and I'll make at least 3-4 offers on these tonight and in the morning.
