They'll obviously be a little more expensive than conventional financing and there's a second closing that has to happen to get into permanent financing, but it's a way to get the money to get the deal. :)

It's ok to use for mapping out and testing system architecture, but should be temporary until the API communications and code can be moved to a more permanent solution like a cloud server.It's tough finding a one-size-fits-all solution that allows customization without having an awful learning curve.

It is actually a criminal offense in some states as it is considered fraud.For example, here is the University of Alabama's rules on qualifying for in state tuition - https://registrar.ua.edu/acade...The bottom line is that it needs to be a permanent residence.

However applicants I accepted who had MORE than ONE criminal action in their past were pretty much all 'high maintenance' tenants.Given the (temporary and permanent) rules in seattle I would also highly recommend asking for a credit score more like 700 minimum.
