I know Banner drywall is active in our RPOA and often has a rep at the Friday breakfasts. 

That notion got me thinking about floating vinyl plank, which I've only installed once, in a kitchen.

You can always float a 210k (or something) offer and see if you get a counteroffer. 

So the opportunity for young studs like yourself is to provide them with the golden parachute that allows you to continue to leverage up while they float down to retirement.I've seen the trend in multiple market cycles I'm that old.

I ended up putting floating hardwood panels instead of carpet and vowed never to have carpet in my home after that experience.Outside in the backyard, it was a jungle with debris, leftover lumber/wood/scrub, and grass two feet high. 

I imagine the answer is floating around here on BP somewhere, but I still haven't found it just yet.

If I default (which would not happen) they could foreclose on me, and have my down payment to cover some of those costs and float them along.

All good points and not trying to start a word war either:)Let's just say we've seen few people that can research and do everything necessary to successfully be a DIY landlord, but significantly more people that "float" through the process and then have no idea what to do when confronted with a landlord challenge.

Would a new floating floor cover it.
