It's way too powerful of a tool and completely not needed.Don't over think it and get fancy.

Its only complicated if you dont have money and are trying to get fancy.

I would think that showing off a luxury car would make them feel like they're being taken advantage of and/or that person with fancy car is profiting off them and their situation causing them to be angry and not close... very interesting.

When my 2 boys and I go to one of our apt buildings to mow lawns, they see the nice cars in the parking lot with tenants playing on their i-phones while drinking fancy coffee.

I am not putting in granite or quartz, no stainless steel appliances, no fancy tile....
