There is always some risk when doing rehab, but for the most part once an inspector and our project manager evaluate the property, you have a solid ballpark at what you would be looking at all in while still in the due diligence period of the purchase.I would say about 97% of the clients we work with are out of state or out of the country so we are well equipped to make it as hands off as possible for you.

Also, I'd recommend going above and beyond the requirements, with at least 2 safety extras- extra signage and safety/rescue equipment, such as a rescue bouy and a pool hook.
