AC and shoulder season heating came from an 18 SEER mini split (it was 2011 or so).We owned that house for another six years and never saw a dime of increased rent because it was an efficient house.We also do insulation in a lot of SFRs but that doesn't come up. 

I know inspections are on my dime but what about earnest money? 

And there are probably others like that I haven't seen yet.I say these things just to warn you that the nickel and dime expenses are a lot more than we anticipated.

Being respectful doesn't cost you one dime but so often you refuse to lead by example in a good way.

i'd be very honest and tell her to 'eff off'. realtors are a dime a dozen....make that a nickel a dozen. be sure to tell her that you are moving on to the next one in line and she threw away a guaranteed deal!

The time it takes for us to create high volume in mailers, may as well drop the extra dime to get even 1 person extra to call would be worth the $. 

However I'm not worried, I'm not giving a dime to anyone plus not telling anyone either.

Not only that, the gas companies have been paving these rural dirt roads that go to the sites on their dime (while still bonding them).Is there bad?
