is your buyer target in Oregon coast mostly baby boomers generation ?

We have no experience or knowledge of anything real estate related and our plans/goals are in their baby stages.

In the midst of this, I also started a family and welcomed a baby girl into my life.Now, I'm here to connect with more incredible individuals, forge meaningful partnerships, and seek out new opportunities.

I vote for a nice balanced portfolio - 50% DogeCoin and 50% Beanie Babies!

Now we're expecting (baby) and I'm getting worried that we won't get a deal and we need the extra room.

And not to toot my own horn, but I haven't met a single decent handyman in Pittsburgh who doesn't own at least one rental property.I've been renovating properties with my once baby-soft teacher hands now for 13 years.

If you're nervous, start with a baby step of a turnkey property,  see if it's a good match.. and then get another one, maybe one that needs more work.
