Numbers aren't identical, but it shows the same in terms of June/July being the peak, and declines since then. 

My identity was stolen so I understand being in a situation where I’m denied a mortgage for reasons out of my control- even with a large amount of money to put down.

The question I have is there a no cost or low cost options to verify identity/background  of people I rent out.
