Facebook has grown considerably on W6 as well.

Having grown up here, I would suggest similar to @Chad Miller moving Upper Arlington and Bexley to class A.  

Just my truth in this aspect.Can something come along and you work out a 100K profit, I'm sure you can, but not everyone can and such deals carry luck with them, right place, right time stuff, might be a 24 unit multi to yank a deal down like that.

Im fairly new (only 2 properties and 6 units) but Ive found there are a lot of potential sellers that are "bigger dogs" that kind of just yank your chain.
