When I wholetaile a property I clean it, cut the grass, trim the trees, clean out all of the debris inside and outside the house, board up any broken windows and make it easy to access by repairing or replacing the front door.

I would also imagine this will need to be address in the next couple of years, and a tree needs to be trimmed which is near/touching the house.

Also all rooms have been painted over (I'm sure several times, but most recently right before we moved in and then they also painted all the rooms) and the wood trim on all the windows in their unit has been replaced due to rotting when the previous owner flipped the house.
