I don't take advantage of it, I pay them for their time, but their eyes and assistance here and there is worth its weight in goal.I think if you can tackle those things on the front end, you may be off to a pretty prosperous investing career.

I always say I "want" to lose a few pounds, but I'm too disinterested to do the hard work involved, so I lug some extra weight around (lucky I'm old and married :D).As far as organizing my day and being productive, the best advice I ever heard was spend as much of your time as possible on things that make money and as little as possible on things that don't.

We otherwise had every element for one: record snowfall, our negligence/naiveness, roof on a house built in the 50's not strong enough to sustain weight from so much snowfall in such a short period of time.

Generally the listing brokerage is going to side with the other broker/agent because a buyer can be a one off sale but the brokers and agents have to deal with each other on a regular basis so that ongoing relationship usually holds more weight and importance for them to protect.If you do not have a buyer brokerage agreement then you should be able to start using someone else for other properties.No legal advice given.
