Take an inventory of the equipment.

In addition to this permanent easement, they want a temporary easement of 1,600 square feet to store their equipment do some curb work etc.  

Spend about $2,000 on equipment rental and have fun doing it.  

I mean I handle the books for my clients and by the time the financials gets to a CPA, majority of the work is done already and the only left is how much depreciation is needed depending if it's accelerated for equipments or not. 

Enough oomph to pull any piece of equipment you might need on a job site.

@Ashley Morales I am familiar with ********** which is an auction site for govt agencies surplus vehicles, equipment, materials, etc.

The reason is you ar getting a lower interest rate and lower downpayment equipment because you say you’re going to occupy the property as your primary home for at least a year.

Besides, an investor isn't going to be meeting an employee until you already have the contract.Having the nicest equipment, trucks, and tools means you are spending more money than your competition and therefore have higher overhead.

Especially true for ones who steal legally mandated safety equipment.
